The SGM42507 is an H-bridge driver designed for actuating motors and coils bi-directionally turning. It translates logic level input to power driving outputs to motors or coils, for different spinning or moving directions by PH-EN/FAULT interface. Internal over- current (OC) and under-voltage (UV) protection circuits, together with over-temperature (OT) circuit prevent the device from being in over-stress condition, while an alert output simplifies stalling sensing, which is a useful feature for most applications.
The SGM42507A is available in a Green TSOT-23-6 package. The SGM42507B/C are available in both Green SC70-6 and TSOT-23-6 packages. They operate over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
